The arts is a faculty of academia and a subdivision of culture that comprises many expressive disciplines. While the arts generally encompasses languages and architecture along with the subjects listed below, most of which would fall under the category of visual or performing arts, for the purposes of DISQO, architecture is included in the faculty of engineering, while (foreign) languages is a faculty of its own.
